Alex employs an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to help individuals reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities they love. His clinical practice focuses on managing acute injuries through skilled manual therapy and tailored exercise programs, with specific experience in motor vehicle injury rehabilitation and WorkSafeBC cases. Outside of the clinic, Alex stays active by playing soccer and going to the gym, and he currently serves as a hockey referee in his spare time.
